Prayer is a rich gift from God and an immense privilege for the children of God! Through prayer, we commune with the Triune God, we fellowship with Him and the Body of Christ, God uses our prayers to accomplish His purposes, and we are changed, transformed into greater Christlikeness. But prayer also reveals what is near and dear to us, what we long for, what comprises the deep desires and hopes of our hearts.  Come join us as we study the prayer that Jesus taught His disciples, commonly called "The Lord's Prayer" in Matthew 6. Let's join together to gaze into Jesus' heart to see what His desires are, what His vision is for His world and His disciples, and what His priorities and passions are so that we may grow in knowing Him, being knit together as His people, and in sharing and showing His heart and mission. The Westminster Larger Catechism calls the Lord's Prayer "the special rule of direction" for training and teaching us to pray. I hope you'll come join us as we dive into this very special help the Lord has given us for prayer and for the entirety of our Christian living.
