GraceYouth challenges the church to view the Covenant as alive and well (Deuteronomy 6, Psalm 78). GraceYouth challenges our students to rely upon and walk in God’s Grace (Galatians 3). We do all the things that you would expect from a youth ministry but hopefully the difference is authenticity. Our staff and students seek to relate to one another without pretense or condition (Ephesians 4:25). We seek to reflect the love of God, which has taken us from a place of darkness and into the light of his Grace (2 Samuel 22).
Ashley (yes I'm a dude named Ashley) Dusenbery is the Director for Youth and Family Ministries. He and his wife Kathryn moved to Fort Payne, AL with their son, Waverly, in September of 2008. Ashley and Kathryn are from Memphis, TN but their favorite big city to live in is Saint Louis, MO. Kathryn is a full-time mom and former ballet teacher. Ashley is a huge nerd who loves computers, video games, and stuff like that.
